- Once you get a successful payment confirmation its done from your end.
- We get intimation by mail from CCAvenues about receipt of payment.
- In order to get your card swiped we need to capture your payment by visiting CCAvenues portal.
- At times if the payment parameters cross a certain boundary then the payment is flagged as high-risk payment. In such case, CCAvenues request us to furnish a photo-identity card or some other documents from your end.
- We request you to scan them and email it to us.
- We submit them to CCAvenues once they crosscheck and validate your payment we can officially capture the amount paid by you.
- Once we capture the amount, your card gets charged.
- We receive the payment in our bank accounts via CCAvenues on the Friday that arrives after the capture process.
- Once we receive payment in our bank accounts, we send you a confirmation email.
- The whole payment process ideally takes 7 to 15 days and it depends on how quick you submit documents required if your payment takes a High Risk tag.
